Engineered from premium bauxite and refined alumina to deliver optimal alloy properties, structural rigidity, and corrosion-resistant finishes.
Aluminum is one of the most critical structural resources globally, but its journey begins with raw mineral bauxite, refined through the Bayer process to yield pure Alumina (Al2O3). The subsequent smelting of alumina creates elemental aluminium, which is then engineered with trace metals—like magnesium, silicon, manganese, and zinc—to construct robust extrusion profiles.
For procurement officers, structural designers, and tier-1 industrial contractors, locating reliable wholesale alumina aluminium suppliers and factories goes beyond securing raw weight. Sourcing relies on structural tolerances, metallurgical alloy purity (from ductile 6063 to high-strength 6061 or 7075 series), and chemical composition consistencies. Achieving lightweight designs without sacrificing loading stability is essential in aerospace, defense, logistics, automotive assembly, and green construction projects.
Established in Jimo District, Qingdao, in 2022, Qingdao Kangjian Aluminum Industry Technology Co., Ltd. has developed into a premier industrial manufacturer specializing in large-scale aluminum alloy extrusion profiles. Our manufacturing complex features a dedicated 80,000-square-meter facility with modern office blocks and support centers covering over 200 mu.
Relying on strategic access to maritime routes via Qingdao Port, we supply precision-formed structural materials to high-growth segments including rail transport networks, aerospace modules, automotive frame weight reductions, marine vessels, and energy-efficient building structures. Our current capacity stands at an annual output of 15,000 tons of profiles, backed by specialized research engineers, precision metallurgy teams, and ISO-compliant operations.
Our advanced facility uses 5 major computerized extrusion presses configuration configured for wide-aspect profile capabilities:
Global supply chains require consistent supply partners capable of mitigating lead-time fluctuations and commodity price risks. Under the Industry 4.0 paradigm, China's modern extrusion operations combine raw billet casting, hot extrusion, heat treatment, surface processing, and precision CNC milling into single-site workflows.
Our Jimo manufacturing complex uses smart feedback systems to monitor extrusion speeds and cooling rates in real time. This ensures consistent grain structure distribution and prevents localized stresses. This automated approach guarantees dimensional tolerances matching EN and ASTM standards, allowing for seamless integration into industrial assemblies.
By coordinating the entire process from raw material prep to finished component, we protect your production schedule from unexpected delays. This localized supply integration provides an optimal combination of processing efficiency and consistent part quality.
The push for electric vehicle range extension and lower rail carbon footprints has accelerated the adoption of structural aluminum extrusions. Components like subframes, battery enclosures, and body structures require specific alloy designs that balance high energy absorption with excellent weldability.
Modern assembly lines use high-speed automated equipment. To reduce mechanical inertia and maintain alignment accuracy, developers utilize high-durability anodized aluminum robotics kits and structural framing, providing an optimal strength-to-weight ratio.
Urban high-rise building envelopes, window frames, and curtain walls require long-lasting resistance to wind load forces and salt corrosion. Custom 6063 profiles with high-micron thickness anodized layers ensure structural durability over decades of weathering.
Global procurement specialists are shift sourcing to factories that offer more than basic extrusion shapes. Our manufacturing setup provides a single source for secondary milling, drilling, tapping, welding (AWS D1.2 standard), and structural bonding, saving time and logistics costs.
We back our products with third-party testing, trace records, and international manufacturing certifications.

From extreme subsea oil exploration to precise robotics, our custom profiles provide reliable structural foundations across global industries.
Specially designed high-magnesium marine alloy extrusions. Built to withstand high-salinity seawater, extreme wind loads, and severe vibrations on deepwater exploration platforms.
Structural, weight-saving profiles for crane gantries, walkways, and guide rails. These designs lower equipment inertia and extend structural service life.
Thin-walled structural shapes engineered to meet railway safety standards (ISO 22163). Reduces energy consumption while meeting impact safety requirements.
6063 Aluminum Alloy: Known for excellent surface finish, high corrosion resistance, and good anodizing response. It is the preferred choice for architectural windows, doors, structural T-slot framing, and decorative trim.
6061 Aluminum Alloy: Offers higher structural strength, mechanical load limits, and shear resistance. It contains higher silicon and copper levels, making it ideal for structural engineering parts, marine assemblies, drone frames, and robotic arm elements.
Qingdao Kangjian holds an extensive set of international certifications, ensuring compliance with strict global standards:
Our post-extrusion facility provides complete fabrication, including multi-axis CNC milling, precision drilling, counter-boring, threading, stamping, and cut-to-length services. We also offer automated MIG/TIG welding and structural adhesive bonding, delivering installation-ready components directly to your assembly line.
With our 2500-ton hydraulic extrusion press, we produce complex profiles up to a circle size of 250mm. For smaller, precise components, our 700-ton and 1150-ton presses ensure tight tolerances and wall thicknesses as low as 0.8mm, depending on the alloy selection and geometry.
