Learn MoreIn modern industrial engineering, extruded aluminum profiles represent a cornerstone material across aerospace, rail transport, automotive manufacturing, logistics, and micro-electronics. The process of extrusion permits the design of highly complex cross-sections, allowing components to place structural material exactly where it is needed for mechanical load carrying, while saving weight elsewhere. Aluminum's inherent characteristics—such as its elevated strength-to-weight ratio, exceptional thermal and electrical conductivity, natural oxide layer for corrosion resistance, and total recyclability—have made it the absolute metal of choice for next-generation system architectures.
To successfully integrate extruded profiles into critical applications, design engineers and global procurement heads must analyze various properties: alloy composition (primarily focusing on 6xxx series for structural engineering), temper designations, tolerance conformity, and surface treatments. Partnering with a manufacturer that possesses deep metallurgical expertise, scalable manufacturing assets, and international quality management frameworks is the most reliable way to avoid supply chain failures.
The choice of alloy dictates the fundamental mechanical properties of the finished product. The 6xxx series (alloyed with magnesium and silicon) is the gold standard for structural extrusions:
Qingdao Kangjian Aluminum Industry Technology Co., Ltd. — Building the global foundation for lightweight high-performance engineering.
Founded in 2022 and situated in the Jimo District of Qingdao City, Qingdao Kangjian Aluminum Industry Technology Co., Ltd. has scaled rapidly to become a leading specialist manufacturer of high-end aluminum and aluminum alloy profiles. We design, extrude, and fabricate profiles for rail transit systems, aerospace applications, marine vessels, heavy logistics, automotive framing, and architectural projects.
Spanning an industrial site of 200 mu, with 80,000 square meters of production workshops and 4,000 square meters of technical office space, our facility handles high-volume global demands. Our plant manages an annual extrusion output of over 15,000 metric tons, utilizing 5 advanced extrusion press lines: a heavy 2500T extruder, an 1450T unit, an 1150T unit, and two high-speed 700T presses. This machinery allows us to output profiles ranging from small, precise 10x10mm LED shapes up to large, heavy-duty structural components.
On the coast of the Yellow Sea, the founders of Qingdao Kangjian Aluminum recognized a major gap in the market for high-precision, structural aluminum profiles that could meet strict international mechanical standards. Backed by Qingdao's major deepwater seaport and heavy industrial cluster, the company was established to manufacture world-class extruded solutions.
Our guiding mission is straightforward: "Producing high-end aluminum materials and serving global customers." Whether providing corrosion-resistant aluminum to Nordic cargo ports or manufacturing critical automotive frame sub-assemblies, our commitment to metallurgical precision is embedded in every project we deliver.
By leveraging advanced extrusion technology and strict quality standards, we have expanded our sales network beyond the local Qingdao area to major Chinese manufacturing hubs, including Anhui, Hebei, Tianjin, Hunan, Guangdong, Beijing, and Jiangsu.
Internationally, our export division ships custom components directly to high-demand industrial markets in South Korea, Japan, the United States, and across Europe. Our order volume and output value have maintained a steady annual growth rate of 30%, showing our resilience and strong customer partnerships during volatile market shifts.
Holding international automotive, rail transit, and welding certifications for safety-critical assemblies.
Our automotive profile division operates under IATF 16949 certification. We support full APQP documentation, FMEA analysis, and PPAP approvals for structural parts, chassis systems, and battery enclosure frames.
We are certified to ISO 22163 (IRIS) standards for railway application profiles. We manufacture structural car body profiles for high-speed rail systems and metro systems, meeting high mechanical fatigue limits.
Certified in EN 15085 and ISO 3834 for high-integrity fusion welding of aluminum alloys, and DIN 6701 for adhesive bonding, allowing us to supply ready-to-install structural sub-assemblies.

In global wholesale procurement, manufacturing capability must be matched by reliable logistics. Our facility in the Jimo District of Qingdao is situated within one of the world's most connected maritime shipping hubs. This strategic location offers two major benefits:
