Kangjian
Engineered structural shapes, LED channels, and precision robotics components optimized for efficiency and strength.
Analyzing key pain points, engineering tolerances, and mechanical criteria for international industrial buyers.
Determining the optimal choice between structural grade 6061-T6 (designed for heavy load-bearing structural setups) and finish-critical 6063-T5/T6 alloys engineered for high-end window architectural facades and heat sink applications.
Global procurement teams prioritize manufacturers capable of holding tight tolerances down to ±0.1mm, ensuring direct compatibility with automatic assembly systems in robotics, automotive assemblies, and linear light tracks.
From anodized finishes that resist marine corrosion to powder coating options that withstand weather-induced degradation, selecting the correct surface chemistry guarantees product lifecycle longevity.
When selecting tubing configurations, industrial buyers often compromise on thermal performance to satisfy tensile strength. Qingdao Kangjian resolves this conflict by implementing customized quenching parameters that maximize the electrical and thermal conductivity of the 6000-series alloy without sacrificing mechanical yield strength. This makes our profiles suitable for LED channels, structural chassis, and robotics assemblies alike.
The largest premium aluminium profile manufacturer in the Qingdao region, powering critical industries worldwide.
Located in the Jimo District of Qingdao City, Qingdao Kangjian Aluminum Industry Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established in 2022. The company manufactures and processes high-grade aluminum and specialized aluminum alloy products, including industrial profiles, rail transit shapes, aerospace, automotive, marine components, and architectural curtain walls.
Our production base features five active extrusion lines, including a 1450T extruder, two 700T units, one 2500T unit, and one 1150T unit, generating an annual output of 15,000 tons of finished aluminum profiles. The state-of-the-art facility spans over 80,000 square meters of factory workshops situated on a 200-mu industrial park.
Forging high-end, lightweight metal architectures to link global logistics, transportation, and marine industries.
In three short years, we expanded from our regional base in Qingdao to prominent economic centers across China, including Beijing, Jiangsu, Anhui, Hebei, Tianjin, Hunan, and Guangdong. Leveraging Qingdao's logistics port, we maintain a solid foot in high-end global markets, exporting directly to South Korea, Japan, the United States, and multiple European nations.
Our product portfolio ranges from micro-precision LED corner profiles measuring 10*10mm to heavy industrial marine framing, railway components, robotic arms, and lightweight transportation structures. We adapt alloy chemistry and aging profiles to address our customers' unique mechanical specifications.
Despite challenging macroeconomic headwinds, Kangjian maintains a consistent 30% average annual growth rate in order delivery and output value. This performance reflects our focus on quality control and compliance, helping our international clients streamline their critical supply lines.
Qingdao Kangjian was founded to address a clear market need: the global demand for reliable, high-end aluminum extrusions with traceably high structural performance. By combining high-purity raw ingots with advanced thermal processing, our materials are now chosen for demanding applications—from deep-water marine vessels and high-speed train structural skeletons to heavy-duty gantry cranes operating in Nordic shipping terminals.
Building global trust through technological innovation, process-wide quality control, and strategic partnerships.
We consistently refine our extrusion methods, offering high-precision profiles that meet demanding structural tolerances to support our clients' engineering objectives.
Quality remains our baseline commitment. We follow strict international testing guidelines, inspecting every run to ensure consistent physical properties and surface finishes.

Kangjian's extrusion setup features press ratings ranging from 700T to 2500T, allowing us to form a wide range of profile configurations. Our 2500T press is designed to produce large structural shapes required for rail transit and automotive subframes. By controlling extrusion velocity and heating parameters, we minimize internal residual stresses that can lead to distortion during subsequent CNC machining.
We maintain multiple international industrial certifications to support the compliance requirements of our global customers:

Demonstrated performance across complex engineering installations, marine harbors, and infrastructure projects.
Operating in environments with high levels of atmospheric chloride requires robust material specifications. Heavy gantry cranes built using Kangjian's structural alloys utilize a controlled anodized film thickness of over 20 microns. This specification helps prevent pitting corrosion and reduces long-term maintenance costs for marine terminal operators in Northern Europe.
Sustainable development, next-generation alloys, and our plan for low-carbon manufacturing.
To support global carbon reduction goals, we are actively expanding our use of primary ingots refined using renewable energy sources. This helps our clients meet their Scope 3 supply chain emission reduction targets.
We are researching the integration of trace transition elements into our 6000-series alloys. This modification refines the internal grain structures, improving tensile strength and fatigue resistance in critical load-bearing installations.
We are expanding our in-house CNC capabilities, adding 5-axis vertical machining centers. This allows us to deliver fully processed, ready-to-assemble profiles directly to automotive and electronics assembly lines.
